Gibson Les Paul Junior Tribute DC Bass Blue Stain with Upgrades.

Up for sale, an incredible 2019 Gibson Les Paul Jr Tribute Double Cut Bass in a gorgeous Blue Stain (satin finish) in mint condition. Made in USA, with some really cool upgrades (worth around $600) that includes a Serek LZN-B90 Humbucker pickup with Chrome cover, a Hipshot SuperTone bridge (much netter than the OG 3-Point stock) and a brand new original Gibson Les Paul brown tolex hard case.

Inspired form the late ’50s Les Paul Bass, this is a really cool short scale Bass with a really nice twist, super fun to play and extremely well constructed (All American made) like no other at this price range. IMO, it beats any Fender Mustang…The Serek pickup definitely raise the bar to a superb sounding instrument, making it more versatile in reality than any other Gibson Bass classic Mudbucker pickup configuration such as the EB-0/2/3 or SG bases. It reminds more to a P-Bass in a way.

Lightweight at just 8.4 lbs. 30″ scale.

Barely used. All original with the exception of the bridge. It has a classic Mahogany body with a Flamed Maple neck (Set Neck construction). The Satin Blue finish looks amazing. The electronics are completely passive, Just Volume with Pull/Push for humbucker or split coil and Tone knobs.

It has a traditional and medium rounded Gibson bass neck profile. A beautiful piece of Flamed Maple with Rosewood fingerboard, 12″ radius with dots, Hipshot Ultra-Light Mini-Clovers tuners, nut width is 1.6″. The neck is perfectly straight (truss rod  works perfect as expected) and without any fret issues.

Aesthetically, The bass is extremely clean, with almost no wear at all. in excellent overall shape and fully functional. These instruments came with just a Taco style gig bag, however I just purchased a brand new Gibson Original fitted Brown tolex hardcase.

It’s been professionally set with low action, strung with a fresh set of flat wounds D’addario Chromes 0.45-.100″ and it plays amazingly well.
