Fender American Vintage ’69 Telecaster Thinline Reissue AV69 in Sunburst w/Hard Case.

Up for sale, here’s a gorgeous Fender AV69 (American Vintage ’69) Telecaster Thinline in a classic 2-Tone Sunburst.

Made in Corona, CA USA in the early 2000’s. All original. It comes with its original Black Tolex Hard Case (G&G) Case candy, including tags, unused strap and polish cloth and ashtray cover.

A truly classic Sunburst nitrocellulose finish, with a 3-ply perloid white pickguard and all Maple neck makes a killer combination.

The instrument has been gently used, very minimal wear due to the nitrocellulose lacquer. Even with brand newly purchased American Vintage instruments could came from factory with minimal “finish issues” as explained by Fender. We could only spot a tiny little being by the strap button that is just on the lacquer (no crack nothing on the wood whatsoever). See the photos, the guitar is in excellent shape with almost no imperfections beside what’s been just described and it has been used and/or played with the utmost care.

These AV69 are sought after cause their neck profile, having vintage tuners and era correct decal logo. The neck is perfectly straight with truss rod working flawlessly.  It’s currently set with low action and it plays amazingly well.
