2019 Fender American Elite Jazz Bass V Natural Ash w/OSHC

Up for sale is a stunning 2019 Fender American Elite Jazz Bass V in Natural finish with an Ash body and maple neck. This is a top-tier work horse 5-string Jazz Bass made in Corona, California, offering premium features, craftsmanship and versatile tone options, and modern.

The bass weighs 10.2 lbs, which average for a 5-string Ash-bodied Jazz Bass and feels nicely balanced. It’s in excellent condition, showing only a few light signs of use, just a few tiny little dings, some faint surface-level scratches, and very light edge wear. Absolutely nothing that affects playability or structural integrity at all.

This is a completely stock instrument that includes an ash body finished in gloss Natural, paired with a beautifully figured maple neck and fretboard. The neck has a modern compound radius and Fender’s “C to D” profile. It’s equipped with Fender’s 4th Generation Noiseless pickups and an 18V active preamp with 3-band EQ, plus an active/passive toggle and a passive tone control for maximum versatility. The HiMass bridge allows for string-through-body setup and adds excellent sustain and response. It also features pearloid block inlays, black binding, and a contoured neck heel for easy access to higher frets. The bone nut and Posiflex graphite neck rods complete a solid and reliable pro-grade build.

The American Elite series was the natural evolution of the American Deluxe line and shares much of the same DNA with the current American Ultra Series. It delivers everything a working bassist could want: classic Jazz Bass tones with modern flexibility, road-ready construction, and premium features that make a real difference in the studio and on stage.

It comes with its original Fender Elite molded hard case, which is in very good condition. The case has one minor crack on one of the sides but is still fully functional and secure. Most of the original case candy is missing, but it includes the original Fender pouch and brochure .The serial number checks out on Fender’s official online database for authenticity (please see photos).

It just had a professional setup with a fresh set of D’addario Pro Steels and it plays amazingly well.
