1966 Fender Bassman 2-Channel 50-Watt Head Black Face + matching Piggyback 2×12″ cabinet.

Up for sale, here’s a beautiful 1966 Fender Bassman head black face plus matching 2×12″ Bassman Piggyback cabinet loaded with two matching 1968 Celestion (Pre Rola) G12M T1221 Greenbacks. If you’re reading this you know well what it is (These speakers were stock on many Vox and Marshall amps at the time). Amazing for Guitar and/or bass. Serviced, recapped and re tubed not too long ago. It also has the 3 prong plug for safety reasons.

All transformers and pots are dated ’66. Everything seems original excepts from maybe some capacitors and the tubes. The cab seems to be original with the exception of the Celestion G12M Greenbacks speakers that are dated August of ’68. Each speakers are 16 ohms which means the cabinet works with 8 Ohms.

The black tolex and grill are in great shape overall. All hardware seems to be all original and fully functional (latches to lock the head with the cab and the two legs works perfect). The amp sounds clean and 100% as expected.

As you can imagine, Local pickup in LA is much preferred. Although i can ship it out to Continental US
