2008 Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Special Single Cut P90’s TV Yellow w/OSHC

Up for sale is an incredible 2008 Gibson Custom 1960 Les Paul Special Single Cut Reissue in a gorgeous TV Yellow finish, in excellent condition.

This is a faithful late ’50s, early ’60s reissue of the legendary Les Paul Special single cut, built by the Gibson Custom Shop with Vintage spec-correct and loaded with P90 pickups that deliver everything from warm, woody cleans to raw, aggressive bite when pushed.

The guitar weighs 8.4 lbs, which is lightweight and very comfortable for a solid mahogany instrument of this style.

Electronics feature ’50s era correct wiring with Bumble Bee capacitors and dual P90 pickups.

The guitar is all original with the exception of an upgraded TonePros locking bridge, which adds improved stability and precise adjustment. The original posts are included in the sale, and there has been no additional drilling or modification whatsoever.

Condition is excellent, showing only a couple of light surface level marks from careful use. There are no cracks, no repairs, and no structural issues of any kind. The truss rod functions flawlessly, and the guitar has just been professionally set up with a fresh set of D’Addario nickel strings. It plays effortlessly up and down the neck.
