2024 Fender Custom Shop ’53 Telecaster Journeyman Relic Aged Nocaster Blonde – 6.8 Lbs!

Up for sale is an absolutely killer 2024 Fender Custom Shop ’53 Telecaster Journeyman Relic in Aged Nocaster Blonde. The guitar is in Excellent, besides the obvious factory relic the guitar is in near Mint condition and comes completely original with all of its accessories, certificates and complete case candy. This instrument was custom-ordered from the Fender Custom Shop with a factory humbucker in the neck position. As listed on the Floor Traveler sheet, it originally shipped with a Seymour Duncan Seth Lover humbucker. That pickup is not included, however the guitar has been upgraded to a far superior Homewrecker Valentina PAF with an aged nickel cover, which is a remarkable upgrade

The guitar features a stunning and highly figured quartersawn Maple neck with a big and smooth ’54 U profile. Neck thickness measures .940″ at the 1st fret and .970″ at the 12th fret with a 9.5″ radius and a 1.65″ nut width. Frets are Narrow Tall 6105, giving it a fast and great feel with excellent playability. The neck feels incredibly broken-in, and the guitar rings out loudly even unplugged. Weight is a perfect 6.8 lbs, making it a true featherweight Custom Shop Tele.

The body is a two-piece off-center Ash finished in nitrocellulose lacquer and aged beautifully by the Custom Shop’s Journeyman Relic process.

It comes with its original Fender Tweed tolex hardshell case and all case candy including Certificate of Authenticity, Floor Traveler build sheet, tags, brochure, picks, ashtray bridge cover and original leather strap.
