2018 Moollon P – Classic IV ’51 2-Tone Sunburst

Up for sale, here’s an incredible and sought after Moollon P – Classic IV ’51 in a stunning and classic 2-Tone Sunburst, made in 2018 with its original Hard case.

If you’re reading this I’m sure you know all about Moollons and there’s a current 4 year waiting list.

This is an impecable example based on a typical 1951’s Precision Bass. The craftsmanship is superb and the attention to detail is outstanding. I dear to say these instruments are closer to an original Pre-CBS than any Fender Custom Shop.

It’s very lightweight, 8.6 Lbs. with an incredible balance and a neck that has an accurate early ’50s The body in this one is Ash, non-contoured. Maple neck and fretboard with a Soft V chunky profile. The pickup is a Moollon ’51 P with typical Vol – Tone controls and all Vintage specs Nickel hardware and a 1-ply Black pickguard. Everything’s stock, including its original case which is one of the latest Moollon Brand at this point and it comes also with its original Moollon polish cloth, stickers and picks.

The bass is in Excellent condition, and because of its very thin finish layers, here are some obvious minor level surface level marks of usage and edge wear, however the instrument is in Great condition overall without any defects and in perfect working order. The instrument has been played or used with the utmost care. It’s been just set with 0.045″ – .105″ and it plays amazingly well.
