2001 Fender American Vintage ’62 Jaguar Olympic White w/OSHC

Up for sale, an incredible, hard to find nowadays Fender AVRI ’62 Jaguar in Custom Color Olympic White. 100% all original in Excellent condition. It comes with tags, bridge cover, Tremolo arm and its original brown tolex case with its case keys.

Lightweight at 8.8 Lbs, perfectly balanced. Made in Corona, CA USA in 2001.

The color is a beautiful Nitrocellulose finish Olympic White one of the most desired colors, with a 4-ply Tortoise pickguard and slab board rosewood fingerboard. A killer look,

The instrument has been gently used, there’s almost no play wear at all, IT’s just have some really cool yellowing and discoloration due to the thin Nitro finish and it’ll keep aging nicely over the time. Even with brand newly purchased American Vintage/Original instruments could came from factory with minimal “finish issues” as disclosed by Fender (Look online for Fender Lacquer information sheet). See the photos, although and because of that I still believe it’s in Excellent near Mint condition, almost entirely free from blemishes and other visual defects and has been played or used with the utmost care.

The neck on this one has a slim “C” profile. The neck is perfectly straight with truss rod working as it should.  It’s been professionally with low action and the intonation is pretty great for having a floating bridge like the Jaguar or Jazz Master. The guitar plays great and actually much better than most Vintage ones. All electronics are indeed stock and works perfectly well.
